Bon Jovi won't be performing the Cleveland Browns' "Fan Kickoff Concert" next month as originally planned. The special show was slated to take place at the FirstEnergy Stadium in Cleveland on July 14th.
Bon Jovi was to headline the event, which was also expected to feature an opening set from Michael Stanley. No reason for the cancellation has been given. Fans are being directed to return their tickets to the place of purchase for a refund.
The "Fans Kickoff Concert" was one of several summer stadium dates on Bon Jovi's schedule. The group is on their "Because We Can" tour in support of their latest album, What About Now? Bon Jovi is currently on the European leg of the trek, and will be performing in Berlin on Tuesday.
